Lorna Tee is a prolific pan-asian film producer, dividing her time across Asia & Europe. She has had management roles at Focus Films, Variety, Back Up Media, Cinematheque Passion and key positions in festivals such as Berlinale, CinemAsia, IFFAM and more. Currently, she is the curator of <mylab>, the international advisor for Barunson E&A, the Secretary-General of the Asian Film Alliance Network (AFAN) and the advisor for JAFF Market. Selected filmography includes The Beautiful Washing Machine, Rain Dogs, Crazy Stone, My Mother is a Bellydancer, The Shoe Fairy, At the End of Daybreak, Lover’s Discourse, Come Rain, Come Shine, Postcards from the Zoo, Mrs K, HBO’s Folklore (Toyol), & Diamonds in the Sand. She was awarded the Filmmaker of the Year award by the Chinese FIlm Association of Malaysia and was listed in The Hollywood Reporter Next-Gen.
