Synopsis

A killer murders several mountaineers in the snow. Solving the mystery of these murders can only be achieved by unraveling the death of a girl who was burnt in a fire years ago in Kurdistan.

Director's biography

Mohammad Esmaeili started his career as a professional photographer in 2005. He has made 4 short films: Newzif (2022), Hidden Army (2013), Operation 747 (2016), Shortwave (2019). The Bora is his debut feature film which was nominated for the Best Film in Asian Future Best Film Award at Tokyo International Film Festival 2024.
