Synopsis

A twist of fate reunites Hanh, Long, and Quy, a trio of long-lost friends, at their old school. Their mission: to protect the symbol of their enduring bond - a phoenix tree named in their honor. But their return unveils a startling truth: beneath their polished exteriors lie lives riddled with hidden challenges. A time capsule in the form of a 20-year-old essay, found nestled beneath the phoenix tree, transports them back to a summer of youthful escapades. Together, they navigated the trials of adolescence, settling disputes among local kids and unraveling the enigma of the 'Ghost on Grass Hill,' crafting a summer brimming with unforgettable moments. This journey down memory lane serves as a powerful reminder of their youthful tenacity, adaptability, and unwavering determination. Galvanized by these rediscovered qualities, they embark on a new chapter, determined to rekindle their long-dormant aspirations, armed with the invaluable lessons gleaned from their shared past.
